What is citrulline?
Citrulline is converted into another amino acid called arginine in the kidneys. Arginine is then used to produce nitric oxide, a substance that helps relax and dilate blood vessels. This process, known as vasodilation, increases blood flow and improves the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to the muscles – important for better performance and recovery.

Directions
