What is your return policy?
You can return unopened products within 14 days of delivery, as long as the factory seal is fully intact. The return courier fee is 75 EGP for Cairo & Giza and 100 EGP for other governorates, with no extra fees. If you receive a damaged, expired, or wrong item, report it within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full at our cost. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Are any items non-returnable?
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened supplements cannot be returned because of taste or flavor preference, or because results differ from person to person. Damaged, expired, or wrong items are always covered if reported within 48 hours of delivery.
When will I get my order?
Cairo & Giza: within 24 hours (same or next day). Other governorates: 2–5 business days. Orders placed on Fridays or official holidays are dispatched on the next business day. Tracking updates are sent to you on WhatsApp. See our Shipping Policy.
Who makes the products you sell?
OX Muscle is a sports nutrition retailer based in Giza, Egypt. The supplements we sell are made by their respective brands, and the manufacturer's brand name is shown on every product page. Only our accessories (such as shakers, straps, and supports) are sold under the OX Muscle name.
How much does shipping cost?
Cairo & Giza: 75 EGP. Other governorates: 100 EGP. Delivery is free on orders over 4,000 EGP, and pickup from our Giza store is free. The shipping fee is always shown at checkout before you place your order.
