Return & Refund Policy

In accordance with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, our return terms are established to protect your rights while strictly maintaining health and safety standards:

1. Change of Mind Returns (14 Days)

You can return unopened items within 14 days of receiving your shipment under the following terms:

  • The product must be completely sealed with the original factory safety wrap and inner seal 100% intact.
  • The product must be in its original condition with no evidence of poor storage, humidity, or heat exposure.
  • Return Shipping: The customer covers the courier return fee (75 EGP for Cairo/Giza, 100 EGP for other governorates). No additional restocking fees apply.

2. Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items

If you receive an item that is damaged during transport, expired, or differs from what you ordered, please report it to our team within 48 hours of delivery:

  • OX Muscle covers 100% of return shipping and replacement costs.
  • We will send a courier to collect the defective item and deliver your replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

3. Non-Returnable Conditions (Dietary Supplements)

For hygiene and public health safety reasons, nutritional supplements cannot be returned once opened under any of the following circumstances:

  • Dislike of taste, aroma, solubility, or flavor profile after unsealing.
  • Varying individual physiological results (e.g. rate of muscle gain or fat loss).
  • Minor natural clumping in pre-workouts containing hygroscopic ingredients, as long as the powder dissolves normally.
