🧪 OstroVit EAA – A Fruity Source of Valuable Amino Acids
EAAs (Essential Amino Acids) are amino acids the human body cannot synthesize, so they must be supplied from outside, through your daily diet or dietary supplements. They include the branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine, as well as L-lysine, L-threonine, L-phenylalanine, L-methionine, L-arginine, L-histidine and L-tryptophan.
- 💪 L-glutamine: a protein amino acid the body can produce, but when demand rises – for example during intense physical activity – it should also be supplied through diet or supplements. It is found mainly in meat, fish, eggs, milk and dairy products, and dry legumes.
- 🧠 L-tyrosine: an endogenous protein amino acid the body produces from phenylalanine. It can also come from food such as meat, fish, dry legumes and dairy products.
- 🔗 L-cysteine: an endogenous protein amino acid whose synthesis requires serine and methionine, as well as folic acid, vitamin B6 or B12. Cysteine forms sulfide bonds that are responsible for the proper structure of proteins; meat, fish and eggs are sources.
- ⚡ Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine): a water-soluble B vitamin found mainly in wholegrain cereal products, offal and dry legumes.
🔬 Properties of the Ingredients
Vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy metabolism and supports the proper functioning of the nervous system. It contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism, helps the normal formation of red blood cells and reduces tiredness and fatigue.
🥤 How to Use
- 🥄 Mix 1 serving (1.5 scoops = 10 g) in water or juice, or as directed on the label.
- 🔄 Stir gently, or take the powder directly followed by water or juice.
❗ Attention
Due to the high content of L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-phenylalanine and L-tryptophan, the product has weaker solubility and a bitter aftertaste. This is a natural feature of the raw materials used. A good solution is to mix the product in water or juice while stirring gently, or to take the powder directly with water or juice.
