During training muscle tissue is damaged. The amino acids most involved in muscular construction and repair are Glutamine and BCAAs. Taurine has various important functions, such as promoting hydration and protein synthesis, which increases muscle volume. Scientific research has shown that athletes who consumed these ingredients as supplements, increased lean muscle mass by 2kg more than the placebo group over a 10 week period.

In addition to the increases in lean muscle mass and strength the group taking these supplements experienced an improved post-workout recovery. Suggested Usage

Dissolve one serving (one spoon 16g) in 400ml (approx.13 fl. oz.) of water. Consume 2 serving a day, one of them immediately before and the other immediately after the training.
