The AM Formula supplements the diet with selected vitamins, minerals and plant extracts during your active day. Contains caffeine (200 mg per 3 tablets). Not recommended for children or pregnant women.

The PM Formula is a set of vitamins, minerals and amino acids designed to give your body the best night's rest. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep (the beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin close to bedtime). Vitamin B6, vitamin C and magnesium contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

• 🌙 Recommended use: take 3 tablets before sleep with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
• 📦 Serving size: 3 tablets – 30 servings per container.
